Use this site to make a better flooring decision. It's for information and ideas — placing an order, locking in a price, or booking work still happens with a person, at the store or in your home.
Nothing here is a quote
Prices aren't published online, and a floor shown here isn't an offer at a price. Square footage, what's underneath your current floor, and the shape of the room all move the number. Ask us and we'll come measure — that's the only way to get a real figure.
The AI tools are a starting point
Previews from the Room Visualizer are computer-drawn approximations. Real boards have grain, sheen and variation a picture can't hold, and your screen's colors drift from the actual product. Treat a preview as a conversation starter, then confirm with a physical sample before you buy.
The Floor Matchmaker and the chat helper can be wrong too. Double-check anything that matters — we'd rather have the conversation than have you surprised.
Keep your use honest
Please don't copy the site wholesale, scrape it, or run automated scripts against the AI tools. The visualizer and the chat are there for people standing in a room, not for harvesting. We block what looks like abuse so the tools stay fast and available for everyone else.
What's ours, what's theirs
The writing, layout, logo and our own store photos belong to Dick's Flooring. Flooring brands, product names and their marks belong to their owners and appear here to describe what we carry. Manufacturer warranties run from the manufacturer — ask us for the paperwork on a specific product.
As is
We keep this site as current as we can, but hours, stock and product lines move. Everything here is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.

When we point you to a manufacturer, a map, or any other third-party site, their terms and privacy practices take over from ours.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, Dick's Flooring isn't responsible for indirect or special losses that come from using this site. That doesn't affect anything we can't lawfully exclude.
Nebraska, and a handshake first
These terms are governed by Nebraska law, with disputes handled in the courts near Cheyenne County. But before anything gets formal: call us. Most flooring questions are a five-minute conversation.
