Our extended warranty? You know where to find us.

01 · 1967

It started with a name on the sign.

Dick's Flooring opened in Sidney with a simple idea: sell good floors, put them in right, and treat every customer like a neighbor. Mostly because they were.

02 · The decades

Trends came and went.

Shag gave way to mauve, mauve to honey oak, oak to travertine and gray and back to warm wood again. Through all of it, the job stayed the same: measure carefully, recommend honestly, install it right.

03 · Still here

The name stayed on the sign.

Plenty of stores have come and gone. Ours is still here in Sidney, still answering its own phone, still showing up when we say we will.

04 · Today

And we picked up a few new tricks.

Now you can try a floor in a photo of your own room or let our matchmaker narrow things down, all from the couch. The handshake part? We're keeping that.

What you can count on.

Straight talk

If a floor isn't right for your room, your dog or your budget, we'll tell you. Even if it costs us the sale.

Measure twice

Careful measurements mean fewer seams, less waste and no surprise bills.

Local know-how

We know what wind-blown dust, dry winters and snowmelt do to floors, because they do it to ours too.

Done right

A careful crew and a clean job site. When we leave, the only thing that's changed is the floor.
